Melissa is passionately vegan since 2014.
„I love this lifestyle every day. I’m very interested in health and all health benefits that comes with a vegan diet made me curious to try it out. I decided to try it out for two weeks and I simply never went back. I thrive on a fully vegan diet. I would say that I eat a whole foods plant based diet. I eat lots of fresh vegetables, fruits and berries. I also eat lot’s of quinoa, oats, beans and lentils. Regarding my modeling career, I started modeling many years ago, right after I finished school. I went on my first modeling trip to Milan and since then I’ve been traveling around the world. I’ve lived in Milan, Paris, London, New York and Cape Town.
In 2019, I decided to start doing something more than modeling and I started my own business as a Health coach, since I studied at IIN in New York.
I also started another business together with my best friend, who is also vegan, within the health and food industry. I also really love yoga, this is why in 2018, I decided to go a month to Costa Rica to do a 250h yoga teacher training which was an amazing experience.„
