Sophia has been vegan since 2015 and started to be vegetarian 2014.
“Documentary’s inspired me such as Cowspiracy, earthlings,… the movie chicken run is also a good one ! And Gary Yourofsky’s speech. I follow a healthy non processed as much as possible diet. Because I workout a lot and listen to my body which needs energy."
Regarding my modelling career: Because I used not enjoy when people would take pictures of me so I wanted to gain confidence. Also I want to show all the curvy girls that they can model too.
I started to learn how to catwalk and gain confidence in a modelling school in Paris. Soon after I signed with an agent. The first two years it was a lot of learning and meeting people in the industry. Only the 3rd year I was able to make good money and travel. I have signed with agencies all around the world, Spain, France, Germany, … recently I came back from Hong Kong were an agency made me go. It takes so much more hard work than people think, especially when you prioritise ethical brands.
Besides modelling, I did my studies in cooking so I am a chef for events now. I do some acting. I am also a child wrangler and when I have spare time I work for a marketing online business. I have many ambitions and passions in different areas and my next goal is around art and sports.”
